HOLANG modular nitrogen generator used on site
Power-on operation：
1. Check that the power supply of the nitrogen generator is normal, for220V, 50 Hz；
2. Ensure that the front end of the nitrogen generator is connected to the compressed air and that there is no leakage；
3. Verify that the nitrogen supply pipe of the nitrogen generator is connected to the application device；
4. Start the nitrogen generator through the power button on the touch screen, the screen will display the gas flow screen, and transmit and display the oxygen content and flow data after the power on；
5. After the modular nitrogen generator is opened, the gas can reach the predetermined purity after the equipment has been running for a period of time, and the gas produced by the generator can be used；
6. Complete all of the above steps, the nitrogen generator can supply gas normally.
Shutdown operation：
1.Ensure that nitrogen is not used by the back-end application device of the nitrogen generator；
2.Press the stop button on the touch screen to turn off the nitrogen generator.
Attention:
1. During the use of the equipment, please strictly follow the operation instruction manual delivered with the equipment. Different models or configurations of the machine, the corresponding use mode may be slightly different；
2. During the use of the nitrogen generator, equipment management personnel need to carry out regular maintenance. When some parts are about to reach the service life, please contact HOLANG in time to prevent overload operation from affecting the service life of the equipment and damaging the equipment.
