With the In-depth development Of shore in China,a large number of marginal fault block oil fields in Bohai Sea, East China Sea and South China Sea have become the development hotspot.Marginal oil fields have disadvantages such as short development period, small reserves and relying on the land shore, so the traditional "jack-up oil platform + wellhead platform" can not be economically and effectively developed.The first mobile self-mounting wellhead platform in China provides a new development model, which will reduce one wellhead platform for marginal oil fields and make marginal oil field development more economical.
"Offshore Oil 163" self-mounting wellhead platform was constructed by CNOOC Energy Development Co., Ltd. in accordance with CNOOC [2019] 346 approval. The platform adopts a jack-up platform structure with non-self-propelled steel and a designed maximum operating water depth of 45m (including astronomical tide and storm surge). The main body of the platform is a cuboid box structure, with four cylindrical pile legs, two stern and two bow arrangements, and pile boots are arranged at the lower end of the pile legs, which can be completely recovered from the platform body.The lifting system adopts hydraulic latch type, and the main body of the platform is supported at the specified height by the lifting system. Design life: 25 years.The living building and engineering room are set at the bow of the main body of the platform, which can provide fixed living conditions for 14 people. The helicopter deck is set in front of the upper floor of the living building, which can meet the requirements of taking off and landing S-92 helicopters. The platform is equipped with two windlass in the stern, one crane on the port side and two lifeboats. The platform is staffed by 50 people (14 permanent and 36 temporary).
HMN series nitrogen production device adopts membrane separation technology, clean and dry compressed air enters one or more membrane components, gas components with faster penetration rate (such as H20, H2, O2, etc.) preferentially through the membrane wall at low pressure penetration side is enriched, and gas groups with relatively slow penetration rate (such as N2, etc.) are enriched at high pressure retention side, so as to obtain the required purity of nitrogen.
